Predictive pre-visit triage for dental practices.
What it is
Oriva replaces the thirty-year-old paper intake form with a probabilistic triage engine. A patient answers a short adaptive questionnaire or talks to Veronica, a voice agent, and the engine returns a clinician-reviewed brief before the visit: likely diagnosis, procedure codes, and a time estimate.
It is deterministic and auditable, positioned as non-device clinical decision support rather than a chatbot, and it integrates with Open Dental so the schedule is built around what is actually coming.
What we built
We engineered Oriva end to end, from ideation to launch. The probabilistic inference engine, the adaptive Smart Questionnaire, the Veronica voice agent, the clinician-facing brief, and the Open Dental integration.
